We are pleased to invite you to register for the ACARE Bradykinin Symposium taking
place in Berlin from 5 to 6 September 2024. International experts in the field of
bradykinin have been invited to discuss the genetic, molecular, and cellular drivers of
Angioedema. The meeting will provide a unique platform for lively discussions.
The Bradykinin Symposium gives the participants up-to-date knowledge on where we
stand and where we go in bradykinin research. It will concentrate in particular on the
pathways that result in bradykinin generation including the crucial role of kallikrein. A
second focus is to explore the role and relevance of bradykinin and the contact system
in disease other than HAE.
The symposium will be complemented by the ACARE Angioedema School on 4 to 5
September 2024 which will provide hands on knowledge on how to manage patients with
recurrent angioedema for healthcare professionals (for practising physicians only, no
experts!).
