With the INTERACT Preceptorship series, held in the second, third and fourth quarters of 2021, ACARE reached out to physicians treating patients with recurrent angioedema with a series of region-specific, web-based educational programs. The four-hour INTERACT training courses did not only address the clinical spectrum, burden, differential diagnosis and diagnostic work-up in patients with recurrent angioedema, but also the management of recurrent angioedema, with a particular focus on new evidence and treatment options that have recently become available.
Each course included interactive elements, case discussions and lectures, with additional material available online for download and was designed for around 20 participants.

Coming up: 29 March at 2:30 – 7:00 pm CEST

STATE OF THE ART MANAGEMENT OF RECURRENT ANGIOEDEMA AND HANDS ON TRAINING with special focus on Canada and Europe (applied for CME)

The overall aim of this 4,5-hour interactive online seminar is for physicians to learn about the clinical spectrum, burden, differential diagnosis, and the modern diagnostic work-up in patients with recurrent and hereditary angioedema and how to manage these diseases – taking into a special account the conditions in Canada and Europe. Furthermore, the participants will also gain a greater understanding of the aims of treatment of recurrent and hereditary angioedema.

We cordially invite all resident and early stage physicians (in particular from Canada and Europe) to take part in this non-senior educational event.

If ACARE senior physicians would also like to join the preceptorship, they are welcome to participate in the role of an advisor (in order to answer possible questions of junior participants).

Participation is limited to a maximum of 30 participants.

We would like to ask you to register before March 13th.
