Dear ACARE and UCARE members:
You are kindly invited to participate in our new project: Knowledge, attitudes, perceptions, experiences, and satisfaction about the use of Patient Reported Outcomes Measures (PROMs) by patients with Chronic Urticaria.
More information on this project: PROMUSE-PAT
If you are interested in participating, please reach out to Karla Robles (karlaroblesvelasco@gmail.com) to give you additional details regarding the collection of information.
These documents (announcement, protocol file, as well as questionnaires in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and soon German) can also be found in the ACARE and UCARE member areas. If you do not yet have access, please reach out to Emilia Zimmermann at emilia.zimmermann@ga2len.berlin
Note:
Language: If you need a version of the survey in another language, we need your assistance in creating your own version so we may gather data in your country. According to the attached survey instructions file, the survey contains two parts: the doctor’s and the patients’. Therefore, we’ve attached the survey in Word format so that you can help us translate. Please email us the translation in the same word format, and I will create a link to the version in your language so we can begin data collection.
Thank you in advance for your commitment and openness to collaborate with us in this research project; we are very excited to begin.
Best wishes,
Ivan Cherrez Ojeda, MD, M.Sc., PhD (c)
